Please note: This is a two day course and participants must be able to attend both days.
This mental health first aid training course aims to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing issues, providing participants with basic crisis first aid skills training.
The course includes sessions about attitudes, recovery, alcohol and drugs, suicide, listening skills, self-harm, depression, anxiety, and psychosis.

Who should attend?
This course would suit anyone who is interested in developing their knowledge and skills in supporting someone with a mental health problem or suicidal thoughts.
Course Details
9.00-4.30 on Monday 14 April and Tuesday 15 April 2025.
Tea, coffee, and a working lunch will be provided.
