    Hours: 38 hours per week 
    Salary: £24,000 - £27,500 (depending on experience)
    Location: Fife (with flexible home working)

    They're looking for someone with experience in volunteer recruitment and management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong communities. You’ll lead volunteer activities, provide support, and promote their incredible work while helping Castle grow its impact.
