  • Amplifying Voices Survey

    Created: 23/01/2025
    News/Events Category: Consultations

Criminal justice organisation Next Chapter Scotland has launched a major survey to understand the impact criminal convictions have on people.

The survey aims to understand the experiences of people right across Scotland, identify the most prevalent challenges and help Next Chapter advocate for meaningful change.

The aim of our Amplifying Voices project is to make sure that the views of people with a criminal record, or with a close relative with a criminal conviction, are heard by those in positions of power. Your survey answers will remain anonymous and confidential. You will help inform a report which will be made public at the end of their project, and which will be used to advocate for positive change for people with experience of the criminal justice system.

The survey is open to anyone in Scotland who has a criminal conviction or a close family member with one. It is anonymous and takes only a few minutes to complete
