FVA lunchtime learning sessions are aimed at raising the skills and capacities of local service providers interested in improving or enhancing their provision in Fife.

Since the advent of COVID we are all increasingly aware of looking after our mental health as well as improving our ability to help those around us, whether it's clients, colleagues, or friends and family.

At this session, Alison Ramsay and Amy Brown from the Fife Health and Social Care Partnership will help us:

    • Understand definitions of mental health and wellbeing
    • Understand positive steps everyone can take to increase wellbeing
