The aim of this training is to raise awareness of the nature and impact of poverty in Fife today and to equip participants with the knowledge to provide practical help and support.
By the end of this course participants will have:
- An understanding of the nature of poverty in Fife today
- Knowledge of different types of poverty
- Knowledge of local sources and pathways of support
- Advice on signposting and referrals
- Increased confidence to have a supportive and healthy conversation about poverty
