    Have you tried getting your activities into the press but been unsuccessful?

    This workshop will help you to understand how to engage with the press and media outlets to share your message effectively. Aude Boubaker-Calder, Communications and PR Officer at Fife Climate Hub will share their knowledge on how to grab the attention of busy journalists and get them to publish your release

    At the end of the session, you will have:

    • A better understanding of how to get your events and activities into the media
    • A better understanding of what is a press release and how to write one
    • A template to create a press release

    Who is this event for?

    These online workshops are open to community groups based in Fife and anyone who wants to create a positive impact on the climate emergency.

    Sessions are aimed at beginners. There is plenty of time to ask questions and learn more about each topic.

    Workshops are hosted on Zoom. You will be sent a link to join before the session. Please note spaces are limited so booking is required.

    This event is free but booking is required so that they can send you the link to the meeting.

    The booking form includes a series of optional anonymous questions. These help them learn more about the people they reach through their events. Any information you choose to share about your background is managed separately from the information that you give them to process your booking (for example, your name).
