    Kingdom is looking for a Building Safety Specialist to improve and enhance the customer experience in relation to compliance and building safety. This is an opportunity to help them deliver better outcomes for the people and communities they serve by ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and legislation. 

    The Role 

    As a Building Safety Specialist, you will: 

    • Work as part of the wider asset strategy team to ensure property assets are safe and compliant 
    • Check and approve all regulatory compliance reports and building safety inspection certificates and coordinate any remedial works 
    • Provide specialist advice and guidance to the trade operatives and wider asset management department 
    • Work closely with the wider building safety team, ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and legislation in relation to the key areas as defined by the Scottish Housing Regulator

    • Has a strong understanding of electrical and gas safety regulations 
    • Has the ability to analyse and interpret data 
    • Has strong knowledge of health and safety
