    They're looking for a Governance Business Partner to play a key role in supporting Kingdom Group's strategic growth and ensuring they continue to operate with integrity, transparency, and accountability. This is an opportunity to shape how they work, strengthen their governance frameworks, and help to deliver better outcomes for the people and communities they serve.

    The Role

    As Governance Business Partner, you'll:

    • Play a key role in fostering a robust governance culture across the Group, offering support and guidance to staff at all levels
    • Oversee Kingdom's procurement strategy and compliance, ensuring this is inline with regulations and best practice
    • Drive performance improvement across the Group
    • Work closely with teams across the organisation, providing expertise and support to ensure our governance structures are effective, efficient, and aligned with Kingdom Group's long-term goals

    About You

    Kingdom is looking for someone who:

    • Has a strong focus on targets and outcomes, with the ability to work accurately and to deadlines
    • Has proven interpersonal and networking skills to develop effective relationships with internal and external customers
    • Has previous experience in a Compliance/Governance related role
    • Will bring a proactive, collaborative approach and a commitment to strengthening governance frameworks to help Kingdom deliver for their customers and communities
