    Post: After School Support Worker
    Hours: 12 hours per week
    Location: Balmaise Community Centre, Leven


    Home-Start Levenmouth is pleased to announce they will be running after school sessions and supervised activities, Monday-Thursday each week, starting in January 2025. 

    They are looking for a play worker for 12 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, 3.00-6.00, to plan, set up, and support the evaluation of activity sessions. 

    The Support Worker will be someone with experience of working with families, who is confident working without direct supervision, and understands child development and the importance of family work. You will build positive relationships with the families who attend, offering support around attachment, emotional support, promoting child development, giving families play ideas, offering benefit advice, and providing snacks. 

    The sessions run from Balmaise Community Centre in Leven, and the successful applicant will be subject to two references and PVG checks for adults and children.
