    Created: 10/12/2024
News/Events Category: Health and Social Care

Kingdom Group will join forces with Change Mental Health, welcoming Isla Aitchison as a new Mental Health Resilience Support Worker on its Tenancy Support Service (TSS) team.

Isla’s role has been created through a new partnership with Change Mental Health and marks the first collaboration of its kind between the two organisations.

Through this initiative, Isla will be working closely with Kingdom’s clients over the next 12 months, providing essential support to help them build mental, emotional, and behavioural resilience.

Her work will focus on enhancing customers’ capacity to cope with challenges, ultimately contributing to more secure and sustained tenancies, and making sure they have the tools and confidence to thrive within their communities.

This partnership is a vital step in making sure clients across Kingdom’s communities have access to holistic support, helping them manage their tenancies more effectively by addressing key mental health concerns.
