The role of Volunteer Engagement Coordinator has been developed in response to feedback from local people. The role will be responsible for the design and delivery of a new volunteer programme rooted in reciprocity that builds relationships, friendships, and a network of support and mutual aid. The role of Volunteer Engagement Coordinator will be a ‘hands-on’ position and is suitable for someone with professional, personal,or volunteer experience working with volunteers.
They encourage a creative and critical approach that cultivates a welcoming, inclusive, and rewarding volunteering programme that supports the centre’s operations and activities.
