Frontline Fife is a mid-sized charity that works to prevent and end homeless and has over 20 years' experience in delivering person-centred housing advice and support across Fife.
The Role
In support of ending homelessness, the postholder will be responsible for providing a first-line response to all inbound enquiries and questions via telephone, e-mail, and other digital communications, and assist service delivery teams to provide the best possible support to those at risk of housing insecurity and homelessness.
