  • The Pars Foundation - Festive Friends programme

    Created: 02/12/2024
News/Events Category: Health and Social Care

Festive Friends is a project created and funded by the SPFL Trust which aims to engage and support those across our communities who are socially isolated over the festive period.

Placed at the very heart of communities, SPFL clubs are able to tackle social isolation by bringing Christmas magic and, importantly, companionship to older people who may otherwise face the festive season alone.

The Pars Foundation will be delivering hampers filled with food, gifts, and games to older and socially isolated people this Christmas, spreading joy to those who need it most. These will be delivered on Thursday 19 December 2024.
