The Role
OnFife have a great opportunity for a part-time Library Assistant to join the teams within the Duloch Cluster. The post is for 3.5 hours per week on Saturdays at Kincardine Library. Weekend working posts are paid an unsocial hours' enhancement. You will be based at Kincardine Library but may be required to cover elsewhere on occasion. You'll provide a friendly, efficient, and effective first point of contact for OnFife customers and visitors within a library environment. This includes providing advice, information, logging requests for services, and taking payments. You will help with the delivery of OnFife services and contribute to the ongoing development of the organisation.
About You
OnFife is looking for someone who puts the customer first, strives to provide an excellent experience to customers and visitors, and who has a can-do attitude. You should demonstrate a positive attitude to work and change and be able to work independently, as well as part of a team. Flexibility will be required and access to transport is necessary, as there may be travel throughout the region and you may be asked to change your work pattern from time to time.
