The cafe Zest in St Andrews is collaborating with ADHD Dundee & Angus to bring a new support group to North East Fife.
The group is open to anyone aged 18+ who has, or think they have, ADHD at any stage of their journey.
The event will include a 20 minute workshop teaching coping strategies following by a 20 minute presentation by a guest speaker.
There will be refreshments and a relaxed atmosphere for people to learn more about ADHD, meet new people, and share valuable lived experience.
