Do you have an improvement priority, but unsure how to execute and make it happen? If yes, then this Quality Improvement (QI) opportunity could be what you are looking for to maximise your improvement efforts and accelerate outcomes for children, young people and families.
Quality Improvement Faculty colleagues are offering to support 12 teams to apply Quality Improvement Methodology to maximise their efforts to improve outcomes for children, young people and families.
The Quality Improvement journey provides a systematic approach that can support improvement at all levels. It provides the key stages you need to follow for any improvement initiative or project to be successful.
The training is based on an experiential model, with minimal focus on theory but providing coaching support to apply QI tools to your context and improvement challenges.
There will be a full day training course held 9.30-4.00 on Thursday 09 January 2025. The venue is yet to be confirmed.
Followed by bitesize QI Sessions, 9.30-11.30:

- 27 March
- 24 April
There will then be a reconnect session on 05 June 9.30-4.00.
