The Scottish Women's Budget Group is seeking the views of those who work in the adult social care sector to help them understand how pay and conditions within this sector impact on carers and what this means for the Scottish Government's priorities around Child Poverty and Fair Work. They are particularly interested to hear from those who work directly with users of adult social care.
The results of the survey will be used to advocate for change at both local and national levels around Scotland.
