Scottish Refugee Council Digital eVisas Information Session
Created: 28/10/2024The Home Office is replacing Biometric Residence Permits (BRP) with digital eVisas. All physical BRP cards will expire on 31 December 2024.
This applies to both new visa applicants and those requesting a replacement immigration document. From Friday 01 November 2024, all successful applicants will now be told in their grant letter that they will receive an eVisa, along with instructions on how to create or access their UKVI account, and how to link their travel document to their eVisa for international travel.
Information Sessions for Individuals
Scottish Refugee Council is holding a series of free, multilingual information sessions on Zoom, where people can find out how these changes might affect them, and what they need to do.
Sessions take place on the following dates:
