    Created: 23/10/2024
News/Events Category: Health and Social Care

The Glenrothes Mental Health and Wellbeing working group have developed a Sway newsletter on training opportunities for Trauma and Mental Health and Wellbeing through TURAS Learn.

TURAS is an NHS training platform for the workforce and is accessible to all sectors (it does require an account to access the learning opportunities).

This Sway is for the workforce across all sectors and is intended to share some of the many learning opportunities that would be relevant for those whose work requires skills and knowledge around trauma and mental health and wellbeing, so they can increase knowledge around supporting both themselves and their clients.

In the TURAS Learn Sway you can find:

    • National Trauma Transformation Programme
    • Psychosocial Mental Health and Wellbeing Support
    • Mental Health Improvement and Prevention of Self-harm and Suicide
    • Promoting Children and Young People's Mental Health and Preventing Self-harm and Suicide
    • Common Mental Health Problems
    • Essentials of Psychologically Informed Care
    • Self Help

Click here to access the Sway.
