    Post: Catering Assistant 
    Hours: 10.5 hours per week. Hours and days to be discussed. 
    Salary: £12.00 per hour. One-off events will be paid as additional hours to contracted hours.
    Location: Kirkcaldy

    The successful applicant will assist in the preparation of the menu alongside the catering manager, helping to serve and tidy while engaging with clients. 

    You will discuss the menu and share ideas with clients, paying close attention to any diet or allergy needs. 

    You must be prepared to step in, if required, to prepare and serve meals if the catering manager is absent. 

    You will ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy. You have, or be willing to complete, a Food Hygiene certificate before your begin your post and undergo a PVG scheme. 

    You will receive four week's holiday per year.
