Volunteer Scotland are hosting their 40th AGM event this November, exploring the theme of The Value of Volunteering.
They are thrilled to welcome David Bomark who will be presenting on his doctoral research on the relationship between volunteering and associational life, and Will Watt from State of Life who will explore the social value of volunteering.
Volunteering plays a crucial role in society in many ways - delivering services, contributing to the local economy, boosting individual and community wellbeing, and influencing change, to name a few. You'll discuss how understanding the value of volunteering can help it to create even more impact.
They will also cover the formal business of the AGM including an exciting strategy update, to which all are warmly welcome.
