Our Volunteering for Fife campaign has launched! The campaign aims to:
- Increase the number of volunteers in Fife
- Promote the benefits of volunteering
- Showcase the support available for people to become volunteers
Our Volunteering team will be attending a range of events over the next few weeks to chat about the campaign and sign up volunteers. You'll also see our posters and leaflets around venues in Fife as well as on the radio and in local press.
We're working with partners to drive the message across Fife, including Citizens Advice & Rights Fife, Drugs and Alcohol Psychotherapies Ltd (DAPL), Department of Work and Pensions (DWP), Fife Council, Fife Gingerbread, Fife Health and Social Care Partnership, NHS Fife, Skills Development Scotland and Youth 1st.
We'd love everyone's help to spread the message about why volunteering matters, how it can help to transform lives, and the support that's available to people interested in volunteering.
For current volunteers
Already a volunteer? Why not tell others about how great volunteering is and encourage them to get involved? Perhaps they can get involved with the same organisation as you, or they can get support from FVA to find them the right opportunity.
For potential volunteers
