Young Enterprise Scotland is excited to announce an upcoming CPD (continuing professional development) opportunity specifically tailored for individuals working with young people in alternative pathways of education. Scotland's Enterprising Schools is offering a dynamic session titled Positive Destinations, designed to support educators, youth workers, and professionals in the third sector who are committed to helping young people achieve successful outcomes beyond traditional academic routes.
About the Session
Positive Destinations focuses on enhancing enterprise education skills, equipping participants with a wider mindset of enterprise, and strategies needed to inspire young people towards positive futures in employment, further education, or entrepreneurship. The session will delve into:
- Enterprising mindset and the wider definition of enterprise and enterprise in action
- Supporting young people in alternative pathways to build confidence, skills, and motivation
- Practical resources and cases studies to inspire and implement in your own practice
