    About the Role

    This is an exciting opportunity to join Kingdom's team as a Payroll Advisor and have a key impact in the smooth running of the Payroll Team. Your role will involve supporting the Lead Payroll Officer with monthly salaries, making relevant changes to the HR & Payroll system to a high standard of accuracy as well as ensuring all maternity/paternity processing is correct for statutory payments. Assist with pension administration in line with Government Workplace Auto-enrolment and Kingdom's own Pension Scheme. Generate monthly reports for checking and reconciling the monthly payrolls, perform first check of the reports, and make any corrections if required before handing over to the Lead Payroll Officer.

    About You

    You will have proven administrative experience and be proficient in using customised databases and software packages such as Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel. You will have excellent attention to detail, ability to problem solve, be a confident communicator and a positive and supportive team contributor. It is essential that you have the ability to plan and organise your workload whilst working to tight deadlines.

    You will be required to complete a satisfactory Basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
