The ADAPT NFO service addresses the support and treatment needs of service users who may be at further risk from drug use and may need assistance to access treatment services. Service Users are offered case management, therapeutic and referral support, and crisis/relapse interventions
    • The NFO Service is delivered in line with ‘The Quality Principles: Standard Expectations of Care and Support in Drug and Alcohol Services’. Service options may include (but are not limited to):

    • Maintain accurate assessment and intervention records in accord with FASS policies and practice
    • Liaise with Fife ADP Services including the NHS Fife Addiction Service, also GPs and Primary Care Staff, Social Work and other professionals regarding client care
