    HOS Frontline is a new free advice and support service for housing and third sector professionals delivered by Housing Options Scotland. 

    HOS Frontline is a dedicated e-mail service aimed at helping local authorities and third sector organisations to support the distinct needs of disabled people, people over the age of 55, and members of the armed forces community who are in housing need. 

    Their experienced and friendly advisors will respond to any enquiry within 24 hours. They can support with all housing matters including ownership, adaptations, and moving local authority. 

    They can:

    • Provide expert advice around specific and specialist housing options for disabled people, older people, and Armed Forces veterans
    • Enhance and compliment existing statutory services by working in partnership
    • Act as an impartial voice
    • Help to rebuild communication breakdowns
    • Take a nationwide, cross tenure approach to housing options
    • Draw on our comprehensive network of contacts in the military, disabled and older people’s worlds
    • Take time to help clients to understand and work through their individual circumstances
