News/Events Category: Health and Social CareThis session is aimed at hospital staff, students, and Fife Health and Social Care workers to find out about the work of Fife Carers Centre in the hospitals in Fife.
You will find out the work that we do with carers within the hospital setting, how to make a referral and who the workers are.
This session will be on MS Teams and a link will be sent out prior to the day.
