In relation to wills, they will cover:
- Why they are important
- The appointment of executors
- The inheritance of your assets
- Protecting young or vulnerable beneficiaries
- Appointing guardians for your children
- How to make sure your will is valid and effective
In relation to power of attorney, they will cover:
- Why they are important
- Continuing powers of attorney
- Welfare powers of attorney
- Advance directives
- The alternatives to powers of attorney
- Certification of capacity
- Registration with the Office of the Public Guardian
They will finish the webinar with a Q&A session for any questions you may have.
