You will be responsible for delivering key parts of the YLAG project and supporting Youth 1st member groups. Using a youth work approach, you will help young people, 16 to 30 years old, build their confidence and encourage them to be more active in their rural communities.
This role is perfect for you if you are active, energetic, and enthusiastic. You will love working with young people and enjoy building relationships with a wide range of people across Fife. You will be expected to coordinate and deliver face-to-face youth work sessions using a range of youth work tools. If you have knowledge of youth forums, youth participation, motivating young people to have a leadership role, youth awards and/or small grant making, this would be a bonus.
