NHS Fife's Integrated Planned Care Programme Board want to engage with young men across Fife, aged between 18 and 34 years old to help understand what is getting in the way of their attendance at secondary care appointments. Themes identified from the engagement will be used by NHS Fife to influence future planned care developments and look at supportive measures to minimise the impact these barriers may be having.

To take part, scan the QR code in the image above and complete the survey online.

The consultation is open until Saturday 31 August 2024.
