To capture this information, they have created a short survey. This includes information about your service, the project(s) it provides, the purpose of the project(s), what areas they cover, who are they aimed at, and how people can be referred to them. If your service has more than one project, they would be grateful if you could complete the survey for each project.
This information will give the group a better understanding of what support is available for people in Fife affected by alcohol use which will help them to identify any gaps and consider ways to improve support and access to it.
