Peer Support Network Co-reflection
Created: 26/07/2024The Fife Peer Support Network hosts a bi-monthly (one every two month) co-reflection groups for people practising peer support in Fife, whether formally or informally, in paid or voluntary roles, or with groups or individuals.
What is Co-reflection?
The Intentional Peer Support guide to co-reflection defines it as "a process that we can use to help each other reflect on our practice (how we’re doing what we say we want to be doing). It is about us creating expertise together through a process of learn, practice, and reflection."
This co-reflection group is intended to be a space where we can really develop our peer practice, together, and learn from each other.
This group will run in Meeting Room 2, New Volunteer House, Kirkcaldy. There is limited disabled parking on site. The closest free parking is at Kirkcaldy train station. We’re less than five minutes walk from both Kirkcaldy train station and Kirkcaldy bus station.
