    This particular event is free to attend, so no payment is required.


    This is an open invitation to people who live and/or work in Fife, who want to connect with others interested in the role of lived experience and community-based peer support in suicide prevention.

    This participative networking event will be co-facilitated by Scottish Recovery Network, Fife Health and Social Care Partnership, and Fife Voluntary Action. The event will provide the opportunity to:

    • Explore together the impact that community-based peer support can have for those affected by suicide
    • Share learning and experiences with people across sectors in your local area
    • Discuss what good support looks like now and in the future

    Refreshments will be provided on the day. We will also have a quiet space should anyone need to take some time away from the session.

    • Local peer supporters
    • People with lived and living experience
    • Third sector mental health workers, managers, and leaders
    • Social and healthcare sector professionals
