As their service continues to grow, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Adviser to join CARF’s management team. The HR Adviser will be the primary link between employees and the management team with responsibility for overseeing employee relations.
Providing expert advice to employees and management to foster a positive work culture, the HR Adviser will take ownership of HR related matters within the organisation working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors.
