Kingdom Housing Association provides housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. Their Asset Management team manage, maintain, and invest in their property assets to make sure that their properties provide attractive, good quality homes for its residents and future customers.
About the Role
The Compliance Administrative Assistant will ensure gas and electrical compliance as well as arranging planned maintenance replacement works to properties. This includes:
About You
Kingdom is looking for a team player who has the ability to prioritise and manage a varied team/individual workload. You will have a high attention for accuracy and attention to detail with experience in customer service. You will also have strong IT skills and experience using Total Mobile software would be beneficial but not essential.
You will be required to complete a satisfactory Basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
