    Created: 03/06/2024
    News/Events Category: Employability
This item will show under the following categories: Health and Social Care

NHS Fife's Wellbeing Toolkit is an interactive resource which contains self-management tools and resources and promotes Fife services, focussing on:

    • Helping clients considering mental health from the positive standpoint of wellbeing
    • Managing daily challenges to mental wellbeing
    • Showcasing the additional support for frontline staff to develop or maintain your awareness on mental health and wellbeing

The Toolkit provides access to the order form as well as additional resources, videos, diary pages, and a staff wellbeing PDF Toolkit.

Feedback from those who have received a copy over the last year includes:

    • It has made me see that I am only one of many people who struggle with mental health so i am not alone. I am determined to keep referring to the toolkit to help me feel/get better
    • I have been trying and failing to mentally keep track of my wellbeing until now - putting on paper is a game changer for me. The QR codes are also very useful
    • Helpful and meant a lot receiving it for my wellbeing. Using it every day helps reflect and understand my moods a lot better

    Workforce Wellbeing Toolkit

In addition to the Wellbeing Toolkit for clients, NHS Fife have developed a Workforce Wellbeing Toolkit, recognising the importance of wellbeing support for the Fife workforce. It contains workplace ideas on how to support yourself and colleagues and review your training needs to develop skills and knowledge around topics relating to wellbeing.

You can access the Workforce Wellbeing Toolkit here.
