This session will provide an outline on how to set and create a team agreement, which will significantly increase your teams' communication and clarify what is expected of each other, allowing you to work harmoniously, no matter where your desk is.
This session aims to set out how your team will work in relation to processes and tools, cultural and values, and accountability, and will support you to:
- Clarify team expectations
- Understand and harmonise work styles
- Collaborate and build trust
