Eat Well Age Well - Raising the Issue of Malnutrition training sessions
Created: 14/05/2024Eat Well Age Well is a national project from Scottish Charity Food Train that works to tackle the issue of malnutrition in older people, specifically those at risk of becoming under weight and under-nourished. The sessions are aimed at those who work with/care for older adults living in their own homes such as volunteers, health and social care staff, local authority staff or anyone working in the third sector.
