    To mark Mental Health Awareness Week, Fife Health and Social Care Partnership (FHSCP) is holding a Move For Your Mood workshop. 

    The workshop will: 

    • Outline the benefits of activity for mental health 
    • Explore ways of bringing activity into our day 
    • Signpost to resources, opportunities and support in your local area and across Fife

    The workshop is free and open to everyone.
