The Copeland Center’s Taking Action for Whole Health & Wellbeing course is a co-facilitated group process that supports individuals in creating a personalised system for recovering, sustaining, and/or improving their whole health outcomes and enhancing their lifestyle.

The Taking Action for Whole Health & Wellbeing program combines key curriculum topics with evidence-based and experiential-based peer-to-peer strategies.

The course is designed to be highly interactive and encourage participation and sharing from all attendees.

The course will be delivered by accredited trainers, Rona McBrierty and Pam Butter.

This course runs on Thursday 06 June and Friday 07 June 2024. Attendance on both days is a requirement of the course.

This training is open to members of FVA's Peer Support Network, Lived Experience Team, and people with lived experience, or carers, who are interested in using their experiences, now or in the future, through peer or lived experience work.
