Fife Council has worked with voluntary groups and communities across Fife to develop and deliver a Winter Programme to support individuals and families who needed extra help this winter. Funding for setting up:
- Warm Welcome
- Help with damp and mould issues
- Boiler repair scheme
- Provision for need for food, fuel and cash support
- Household support via Big Hoose
- Winter warmer packs
They need your feedback to assess the support provided over the winter 2023-2024 to help evaluate the shape and support they provide in the future, ensuring it best meets the needs of the community.
How To Complete The Survey
You can complete the survey multiple times to reflect different responses either from your professional experience, or from a number of different client experiences.The survey is designed to allow a response from either an organisation/professional perspective, or from a clients perspective. It can be completed as many times as you like, so you can feedback from a number of client groups as well as a number of professionals working in your organisation.
To ensure Fife Council can best serve the community through future winters, please try to complete the survey at least twice (one from a professional and one from a client perspective).
