This is a free facilitated session for professionals working with families and children to help you understand why we all benefit when dads are empowered as caregivers.

Trainer Scott Mair will explain some of the common barriers to father inclusion and share simple tips to help you adapt your practice or service so dads and whole families feel more involved and welcome.

By the end of the session you will:

    • Understand the supportive role dads play in positive outcomes for children
    • Understand the importance of engaging dads in service delivery
    • Feel more confident in supporting dads' involvement in the service delivery
    • Be able to identify small changes to your practice that will support father inclusion
