To help participants develop their ideas, skills, and strategies regarding offering support to volunteers.
Topics to be covered are:
• What is support?
• Methods of support
• Methods of supervision
• Managing difficult situations
• Dismissing and counselling out volunteers
Who should attend
Anyone who has, or is expecting to have, responsibility for recruiting or managing volunteers in their organisation. Your organisation should be providing a service in Fife.
In order to offer places to as many organisations as possible, we are only able to offer two places on each date to members of the same organisation. If your organisation would like to send more than 2 people, please get in touch with us to discuss options.
