Please note, this webinar is intended for community groups based in Scotland only interested in Asset Transfer. Please note this webinar concerns the transfer of publicly-owned assets.
The single biggest factor in the success of your plans is how you utilise the people around you – those who share your ambitions and those willing to volunteer their time to support them.
This webinar is a mixture of presentation, access to tools and an opportunity to ask questions. It is ideal for groups at an early stage in the asset transfer process to consider the importance of people in your plans and how to make best use the people working with you.
This webinar will take you through:
- What does 'Good Governance' look like?
- How to build the capacity of your people
- The importance of effective Leadership
- The importance of volunteers and staff members.
