    For many people with dementia, spoken language and finding words can be difficult and frustrating, leading to stress, anxiety and challenging behaviours.

    Learning Outcomes

    At this informal session you will learn about:

    • How to connect and communicate
    • How to enjoy your time together
    • How to cope with the difficulties dementia can bring

    Who should attend?

    The sessions are free for unpaid and family carers.

    How to Book

    To book your place, call Fife Carers Centre on 01592 205472 or go to their website to book your place.

    They'll confirm whether you have a place and then send you all the necessary details of the workshop (including directions) a week or so before the date. 
    When you book a place they will use the information that you give them to contact you with the joining details.
