To support the children and young people's (CYP) sector get ready for the enactment of the Health and Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Act 2019 next April, Care Inspectorate is delivering a series of webinars for anyone working in the CYP sector, such as staff, managers, and senior management teams.
These webinars will provide an overview of the Health and Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Act 2019 in relation to children and young people. The Act will affect legislation that guides the requirements of the services you currently provide. For regulatory purposes, those changes include the redaction of regulation 15 from the Scottish Statutory Instruments which you currently work towards.
