    Post: Funding & Income Generation Officer 

    Hours: 25 per week, 2 year fixed term contract

    Salary: £31,925 - £33,925 (pro rata £22,170 - £23,559)

     

    Kirkcaldy YMCA are looking for a self-motivated and passionate fund-raising professional to join their team.

    The Funding and Income Generation Officer will work with YMCA's Chief Executive Officer and Business Services Manager to formulate the organisation’s fundraising strategy and maximise income generation to ensure they can continue to deliver their full range of programmes effectively whilst ensuring long-term financial stability.

    Desirable Attributes include:

    • Effective communication skills and attention to detail
    • Understanding of the voluntary sector
    • Knowledge of local and national funding streams and any relevant legislation
