About the Role
Kingdom is looking for a motivated and organised person to join their Housing Team. The role will be responsible for providing front-line housing management services to our customers within a geographical area. Principal responsibilities will include managing neighbour and estate issues, carrying out post allocation visits, multi agency working, assisting with rent collection and tenancy sustainment issues and working across Kingdom to provide best outcomes for customers.
About You
You will have a good working knowledge of the housing sector including experience of dealing with neighbour complaints and estate issues, experience of rent collection would be advantageous. You should be educated to CIH Level 4 in Housing Practice or equivalent. The ability to plan and organise your workload, manage competing demands and work to tight deadlines is essential, as is the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Check.
