Compass is an online web tool created by the Association for Real Change (ARC) Scotland to support young people in Scotland who need support as they make the transition to young adult life. This online tool provides guidance on what you need to know and helps create a personal ‘to do’ list to keep you on track. There are three different versions available, one for young people with additional needs, one for their parent/carer, and one for professionals.
