This item will show under the following categories: Training and LearningFife Health and Social Care Partnership are pleased to invite applications for the first of their ILT Leadership courses.
Aimed at staff across Fife's Health and Social Care Partnership who are part of their Integration Leadership Team, as well as Team Managers/Lead Nurse in in Fife Council and NHS, and those at equivalent level in the Independent and Voluntary sector.
Places are limited and will be shared across the different portfolios and sectors, with two places for Independent and two places for Voluntary sectors.
The programme consists of five face-to-face group sessions, one online group session, and three individual coaching sessions. Dates, times, and venues are included in the programme overview and all are mandatory.
To enhance the programme, participants will be supported through the use of Insights Discovery - a tool to discover their own personal profile. Therefore, participants will be required to complete the online Insights questions prior to starting. These personal profiles will be used throughout the programme.

The application form must be submitted by the applicant's line manager with their agreement for attendance to be prioritised. With such a limit on places, you must commit to attending all sessions.
The closing date for applications is 10am on Monday 02 October 2023.
